Dr Cliona O’Connell
MB BCh, BAO, MRCGP, DRCOG · General Practitioner
Dr Cliona O’Connell qualified from University College Dublin in 1999. She completed GP specialist training in Colchester and, during the same period, gained the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
She has worked as a GP in West London since 2003. She became a partner in her NHS practice in 2014 and has served as Senior Partner since 2018.
Dr O’Connell is Chair of the Ealing Multidisciplinary Group.
Outside medicine, she is a keen runner and has completed the Dublin, London and Belfast marathons. During university she also represented her institution in rowing.
Clinical interests
Cardiovascular disease prevention, family planning, paediatrics and women’s health.
