Health Screening

We offer full check-ups to identify health problems at an early stage and to help prevent disease.

Our health checks are tailored to individual needs. The investigations you have during your health check will therefore depend on your personal circumstances and individual risk factors.

  • ✓
    Comprehensive blood tests
  • ✓
    Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • ✓
    Chest X-ray where appropriate
  • ✓
Additional screening investigations can be discussed such as cervical screening, mammography, bone density measurement, cancer screening and cardiovascular disease screening

All new patients are advised to have a health screen to understand your medical history and identify any current specific problems. Following the health screen, we will interpret and explain your results and advise on how your health can be optimised presently and improved over the long-term.

Medical Assessments

Pre-University & Employment Assessment

Universities and employers around the world may request a medical clearance certificate or letter. This usually involves a medical history and examination as a minimum. Sometimes X-rays, blood tests and/or vaccinations are also required.

Before Booking

If you have been asked to undergo a medical assessment by your prospective university or employer, please email info@knightsbridge-doctors.com with any related official paperwork.

This is a required step so that we can clarify the requested testing and provide an accurate quotation.

Generally, a consultation appointment covering medical history, examination and completion of paperwork will cost £300.00. Any additional tests will incur further charges, which will be confirmed before booking.

Tuberculosis Testing

Sometimes the only specific requirement is “tuberculosis testing”. Depending on the requirement, this can involve one or more of:

  • ✓
    Tuberculin skin testing
  • ✓
    Quantiferon or T-Spot blood test
  • ✓
    Chest X-ray

Please forward the related paperwork and we will advise you and provide a quotation.
