1. Making Your Appointment

The practice is open on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm.

We operate a cancellation policy, whereby we reserve the right to charge £50 per person if you cancel within 3 working days of your scheduled visa medical appointment.

2. What To Bring To Your Appointment

  • Your original Passport or Photo Identity document which contains your photograph (e.g. passport, national ID card, Refugee Asylum Seeker Card)
  • 1x passport style photograph
  • Copies of GP and/or specialist reports, if available, for any significant medical conditions
  • Your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them

3. What To Expect During The Examination

All applicants will have a full medical examination.

The medical itself involves a physical examination, where the applicant may be required to undress to their underwear whilst wearing a gown.

If you would like a chaperone present during the medical examination, please do not hesitate to request one

All applicants aged 11 years and above will need a chest X-ray.
